Then, few days later he decides he wants to make something.  He wants to sew.  H: What can I sew?  Mommy: How about we make pillows out of your old shirts?  H: No, I want to go to the fabric store.  Mommy: Ok!  So, he picked out his own fabric and we made a pillow.

Hudson is a creative guy.  We went to the library and he got a book on skateboards from beginning to end....next thing he wants to do is make his own skateboard.  OK!
