Animal Kingdom

Ever since we got chickens, I have always wanted a peacock or ducks. I tease about it often. I think they are so beautiful and remind me of Mimi and Papa. Well.....careful what you wish for! One day we heard a honk sound....is that a peacock??? No. Yep, we saw one in the distance behind our house. Time passes, we go to the Bahamas and come back and see it standing on our neighbors lanai. What? Is it theirs? It is big, when did they get it? So confused, I texted them and sure enough it just showed up about a month ago. They are not feeding it, just letting it roam and it choses their yard. Ah, makes sense now!! It was in the other neighbors yard, then made its way to their lanai where it has been staying. They currently are gone so that may be the reason. We will see when they get back since they have kids and it can be loud over there! Poor guy looks unhealthy and stands around grooming or picking at his feathers......soooo....yep....we started feeding it! It is learning the routine quickly. Come in the morning and evening for a scoop of cat food, occasional berries and maybe some tomatoes or worms. Cat food and berries are his favorite! Wonder if he will make it to our yard.? The animal kingdom!

I missed this guy!!! LOVE HIM so much!!! He makes it hard to get more kittens, 

which is a good thing since I need to focus on school. :)

Blast from the past, this will be our 6th year.

The year we started Homeschool, it has been the best decision ever!!!

So proud!

Our values and mission has essentially stayed the same:

Happy, Healthy, Smart, Strong and Simple.

Reinvent education, teach them to love to learn, how to learn, be curious, work hard, be creative and a good human while learning aside them, enjoying everyday and being grateful that we get to spend everyday, all day learning and in nature together! Not sure who has learned more!!!

Not sure how this happened, but I had to switch places with Dylan since his arms are taller than mine. Soon, he will be peering above my head.

Magic of health!

Regardless of us being sick with a horrible sore throats, we still had a blast. Makes you grateful for your health and being healthy to overcome being sick. Sorry for getting anyone else sick. Grateful that it was just me mainly, then poor Justin for the last days. Poor Dylan threw up from motion sickness that got him at the Manjack Outer Reef being so wavy.  So grateful Peepaw had medicine to help him and it stopped! 

Discovering another new snorkel spot this year was magic! Pelican Sea Park - we will be back.

Hudson and his turtle experiences were magic!

Paddle boarding with my Mom and Hudson was magic!

Cooking healthy meals on the boat is always magic!

Enjoying so much time together is magic!

Anchoring trouble turning full circle to being ok, WAS MAGIC!

Leaking boat to being non leaky was magic!

The air conditioner freezing us out was magic!

Not having a water maker making being conservative with our water use was magic - makes you grateful for a quick shower and 100 percent grateful for a real shower! We did really well for not having one with 8 people on the boat and only needing to fill up 1x! 

Seeing a shark in the water is always magic and special!

Dinghy fun putting smiles on the boys faces is always magic.

Letting the boys pull me on the SUP being the dinghy was SO magic! 

Movie nights are magic!

Coffee and breakfast mornings with everyone is magic!

Working out on the boat is magic!

Cruising in a golf cart is magic!

Getting back to the boat in time before a rain storm is magic!

Timing our restaurant before the crowd was magic!

Getting groceries for 8 people at a store with 5 carts is magic!

Fitting all the groceries in the smaller galley is magic!

Gramps being a handy mechanic, engineer and boat driver is magic!

Justin's Freediving to check the anchor and fix the issues is magic!

Peepaw having all the medicine is magic!

Babi's rum punch and dish washing is magic!

Grammie's slide episodes were magic!

Grammie being the well rounded assistant is magic!

The boys laughs, flips, dinghy and sup moments are magic!

The whole trip was MAGIC!

Everyone had a role, a job that made the trip Magic! 

Like pieces to a puzzle, we all fit together so well to make it work and make it magic!
