Slumber Party

We had a slumber party at our house with Rhys since his Mommy is in the hospital getting back surgery and Daddy has a huge job to do.  The boys had a blast.  We went to open gym at gymnastics Friday night, had pancakes and played.

Open Gym with the boys.

Dylan's front flip:
Dylan gets in trouble because he was so happy he was doing his flip that he was not stopping and being aware of everyone around him.  Does it again and collides with Hudson.

Pancakes.  Wow, Rhys won the sleep award!  He woke 1.5 hours after the boys.

Slumber party.

Rhys loves trains and Dylan loves Legos.

Water play.

Ball Wrestle

Now this was fun!  They wrestled over a ball in monkeynastics.  This is a class prepping them for Brazilian Jui Jitsu (martial arts) and we were surprised to see such a great, fun game at the end!
The boys kept talking about how Cash comes in at the end after his crying spell and steals the ball.  Of course, Dylan wanted to practice so he could steal the ball next.  Core Dylan, Core!
He is determined to get it next time.

Silly Scoop

Hudson is Mr. Silly, Jokester, always making someone laugh!

Working

Lots of talk about working, money and toys!  So, I was surprised this morning when this is what I heard.

Dylan: Mom, I want to work. Can I wash the dishes?
Hudson: Me too!
Mom: Lets do it!
Dad being silly.

Surfing

Morning Session at Hookipa I set my board down and noticed a chicken right by it! She startled me!

She wasn't moving!

Woah!  Haven't seen a seal at Hookipa before.
I ran to get my camera.  After the chicken and a seal, I was a little nervous about the other wildlife that we were maybe going to see!

She (He) would just look at us and move it's head and neck so we were a little nervous to walk by until I realized she was just trying to get up on the beach out of the water.  Once I realized it we were fine but I joked Lara that she was going to get her as we ran by.  Hehehehe.

Thanks Brah for taking our pic!
Don't always get to see this, must be a good surf day.

We had a great surf day!  So fun and lots of great waves for us.
When we were done a guy that was giving Lara some tips came up to us and gave us this prayer for whenever we were needing some uplift, direction or surf motivation.  Thanks Brah!

Must be a great day!  Our friend, one of the lifeguards, gave me the hook up for a Jimmy Lewis board!  SWEET, I get my own destroyer now.  I have been borrowing a friends.

WHAT AN AMAZING SURF SESSION FULL OF EXCITING EVENTS and
 LOTS OF FUN WAVES!
