The Bay

Westside adventure.  Olowalu or The Bay.  Olowalu was flat so we went on adventure up to Honoloa Bay.  We had mentioned it a while back to Dylan and finally he started asking to go.  Sooooo....here we went.  We were nervous to take them out since we don't really surf it much ourselves but it was the perfect day and they did great!  We had a blast!  Can't wait to go again.

Mr. Helper excited to dawn patrol.

First time surfing the bay.

How heavenly!  Great size, no one out, beautiful morning and surfing together!

Later..Bike driveway fun.

Gollychickens

The season is almost over.  I am super impressed how quickly everyone picked it up, caught on and started really enjoying it.  What a fun time!  Looking forward to doing it again next year.

Kupuna

Thanks to Uncle Kawika for capturing this moment....Observing what I just surfed.

Flashback.  Wow!  I remember this day with Grammie at the Hui.
This was when we first moved here.

and this day.  Thanks Grammie for the pictures.

Kupuna Day.  Our friends Vicki and Dan were able to join for Kupuna Day.  So glad.  The boys had a blast.  They wrote a story about surfing Mavericks, made frames, and ate lunch.  We missed our Kupuna but so blessed to have such a great Hanai Ohana here.

Movement

Look Mom, Yoga on the stairs.

Jujitsu.  Dylan couldn't wait to go back.

Football Busy

We have been busy.
The time has come when the boys want to do so and need lots of activities.
The boys are doing so well at football.
Proud of their determination and dedication to get better.  Not to mention Justin being an amazing coach and making sure it is fun and everyone gets to play.  Way to go!

 Back in THE field.
Waiting patiently.

Football Practice.

100 Kids

The boys joined 100 kids who care.  It is a group of kids to raise money for local charities.
Each kid nominates a charity and if their name is drawn they tell about it and all the kids vote to pick the winner.  Then, each kid gives $10 towards the charity and a local business matches it.

Dylan got chosen.

Telling about the PYCC.  We didn't win but I was super proud of him getting up in front of everyone and telling a little about the PYCC.  Super brave, courage and confident.  Way to go!

All the kids.

Wonderland

After school wonderland...
They wanted to go on a forest hike with friends.

Hudson in dream land.

Meadow fun.

Little rabbits running.

Buddies.

Good friends on an adventure.

Rainbow land.

Kart Wheels

Kart Wheel Challenge.
Can we still do it?

Dad, yep!

Mom, yep.

Now for the real acrobats....Shanghai circus.
These people are incredible.  Not only is he on a unicycle on a rope, then he started to swing it out to where his arms are.  Crazy!

Juijitsu

Dylan decided he wanted to try BJJ.  He was having trouble with a few kids being mean to him so this hopefully will increase his confidence and be able to stand his ground and deal with them.

He loved it and can't wait to go back.  He has really been into wanting to be strong and have muscles.  This will be good for him in so many ways.

Amazing Experience

So grateful for our health and being able to spend these moments with my family.

We spent a few beautiful mornings at our favorite spot.  The waves were so perfect for the boys and we got to surf with the whales and us.  Cloud 9.
Little blurry since I zoomed in.

Such a good Dad.

 Beautiful morning.

Dad hanging with the boys.

Whales were everywhere.  Once I went out a baby and escort travelled right in front of us.  It was AMAZING!  They move so fast and take your breath away every time.  So grateful to have that moment in the water with my family.  Such an experience.
