We're doing it! We are buying a house and really excited about it!
We have been looking for a while and finally found one. Simple, close to the beach and open to the outdoors. We close on Thursday if all goes as planned. It has been a roller coaster due to the nature of Justin's job and how taxes are reported but what's meant to be will happen....and it is happening.
The plan is to keep Timberline, no rush to sell it in the Austin market. Second home, permanent home, not sure. Currently, Maui is our home and we are loving it. We are excited to get into this house and put our touches on it. Can't wait to get our OWN furniture and a grill!
Maybe even a hammock too ;)
6 Ulumaika. We are moving to Paia. Haiku is about 20 min from Paia. I love living in the country but am tired of driving 20-30 min to the club and town. Here we can walk across the highway (haha not really a "highway" to the beach. And we are close to my favorite little store. The Kuau Store. Oh no, didn't factor that pricing into the house! Punch card?
