Happy Birthday Hudson!!! How has 5 Months really gone by? Loving every minute. Your amazing!
We missed his 4 month appointment due to another annoying issue with our insurance. So, he will be getting his 4 month appointment this month so will update his stats later.
I do know he weighs 14 lbs, 9 oz.

Hi from Hudson!
At 5 Months, Hudson:
- First head cold
- First Santa visit
- Reaching for bird on his office, reaching for everything, grabbing and putting into mouth
- Loves cereal! Mad when I gave him lick of apple, he wanted more.
- Tadpoling, lifting self up onto stomach with legs in air, kicking, clapping ankles together
- Pulling knees under his belly
- Scooting, especially backwards
- Pushing up onto both hands
- Wiggling on changing table, rolling over
- Sitting up for seconds at a time
- Started Naps in crib, especially long nap
- Smiling, giggling, purring lips with sound
- Trying to put paci in his mouth (successful occasionally)
- Almost holding bottle
- Squealing
- Panic sound ahh ahha hh for bottle or things he wants
- Has figured out that if he crys he gets what he wants
- He is the happiest, smiling, healthy, smart & STRONG loving little boy! We love him dearly more and more everyday! (Tell him that every night)
- Hates the carseat. Screams and arches back. Strong guy!
- Getting his little personality: Very active, fun, talkative, grabby, inquisitive, loves to be around people, very demanding, strong, wiggler
- Schedule - wake 6 - 7 & bottle 6 oz, breakfast - cereal, nap around 8:30 or 9 for 30 min, bottle around 10:30, nap 12, bottle around 2, nap sometimes around 4:30-5, bottle & dinner - cereal and pod, bath, bedtime & bottle 7 or 7:30 (seems to be wanting 7), wakes sometimes around 4-5:30 then bed with mommy if wakes earlier feed and back to sleep. End of Month sleeping better and not feeding
- Loves to sleep on tummy
- Rolling over both ways
- Scooting on belly, going backwards, rocking on hands and knees (trying to crawl)
- Putting EVERYTHING in his mouth (toes included)
- Sleeping with butt in air, face down
- Discovered toes 12/2
- Fake coughing
- Using fingers
- First crawl step 12/6 & inch worming or pulling self with arms
- Slept 7pm - 6am for a few days in a row, then started waking again
- Teething? - diarrhea, see whites, drooling, refusing naps, crabby if left alone, wanting to be held
- LOVES HIS MOMMY, Mommy Phase. If he sees me he fusses until I hold him then stops.
- Pulling self over to the cubbies & to get all the toys.
- Uses his fingers to grab then pulls things
- Interacting with Dylan, laughing and making sounds he does
