Town lake on his strider. He made it more than half way and almost the whole small loop...2.9 miles!
Then, we went swimming at Lifetime....he did a mini Tri.
He was so tired but didn't want to stop. We finally asked him if he wanted in the stroller and he did. He had the glazed high look from a ton of exercise!
