Dylan's interest in guns and archery lead us to finally discovering the shooting range.
We finally got around to calling to figure out how we could make the boys interest happen.
So, we went over there and had a great time. Rain, rain, rain...we had to be very patient and go in spirts.
Dylan was super excited! Hudson was a little hesitant but went after Mommy and then really enjoyed it. He didn't want it to kick back at him. Art was great with the boys and me, teaching us a ton, and patient. We also loved all the ducks running around. They did not even flench. It was fun to see the clay pigeon. blow up. It was a fun experience and Dylan can not wait to go again! I am grateful he had a small enough shot gun and low coil trainer shells for us. It was a perfect introduction from safety to experience! Dylan and I also got the experience to go from trainer to normal shell so he was able to see the difference.
We are all right hand, right eyed!!! Watch out!
Don't mess with Mom.
Reading the rules, safety first!
Maui range.
Art, an amazingly patient and helpful man.
Dad first.
Get it.
Shot guns.
Those are beautiful.
Lesson, then rain....so we waited and tried again.
Maybe now....we have a rainbow!
Raining again.
Waiting patiently.
Come on rain!
Mommy gets a turn.
It has been a while.
Can I remember and not have it kick me.
