Happy Birthday Hudson! Can't believe you were born 1 YEAR ago! Wow, now it seems like time flies but the first months were rough! I love you so much. You are such a sweet little boy. Happy, healthy, smart and strong! I will miss this first year of your life! Dont every forget you are so special and so loved. Thank you for teaching me patience, love, being in the moment and cherishing every moment. I look forward to your next year and watching you grow! and still snuggling with you.

At 12 months:
- Saying byebye & waving, mama, dada, mar (more), dah (dog), chicken, this, that, a bird, milk, ball
- Points to what he wants & whine
- Throws fits if doesn’t get what he wants or if take something away
- Walking everywhere in his little nikes in the mall (June 24)
- Walking so fast almost running
- So independent walking around the house alone
- Loves to go get his paci out of his crib (we make him throw it in there after his nap/morning)
- Loves to get covered in sand, laying down in the sand box, throwing it behind him and laughing
- Loves riding in his red car to the park
- Loves BIRDS and chickens.
- Lost Pines trip - 1st hotel stay with whole fam in one room, stayed up latest ever, 9ish
- First ice cream sandwich, loved it!
- Swimming, can hold his breath for about 10 seconds, swim to walk or person and grab walk, trying to lift his head for a breathe
- Pushing the truck around
- Mimicking everything (drawing with chalk, washing the chalk off with the papertowel)
- Cutting out the bottle - Down to bedtime bottle and soymilk in cups for other ones. He isn’t crazy about milk. Rather just eat and drink smoothies and water.
- Loves his paci! Have to keep it for nap and bedtime.
- Size - Some 9 months, mainly 12 months, 3 diapers
- Schedule - wakes around 6:30, sometimes a catnap on the go, then nap around 12-1ish depending on if slept in morning, then bedtime bottle 6:30 or 7 depending on naps.
- Teeth- has 4 top, 2 bottom and getting 2 more bottom (incisors) - OUCH
- Drinking from a straw, loves la croix
- Using a spoon pretty good
- Stacking few blocks
- Observing EVERYTHING
